ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The abstract submission portal  will open in september 2025.

  • Contributions to EWGAE 2026 must be submitted in the form of a single extended abstract of 2 to 8 pages.
  • Extented Abstracts can only be submitted online via this portal. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted.
  • Authors should indicate their preferences: Oral, Poster.
  • Abstracts will be selected after the reviewing by members of the scientific committee.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • The template and instructions to authors for the extended abstract can be downloaded in DOCX format (Template) or in LaTEX format (Template).
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent on in april 2026

 

Abstract Submission for Student Paper Awards

- Students must be enrolled in a university or college at the time of submission (Bachelor, Master, PhD students). Any current or recent (within one year) student is eligible.

-The student should be the first author of the conference contribution.

-The student must attend the EWGAE2026 conference to make the oral presentation of the pape

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

  • The presentation language is English. 

  • Only face-to-face presentations will be accepted (no videoconferencing or recording)

  • The time allotted to oral communications is 15 minutes of presentation followed by 3 minutes of discussion.

  • The time allotted to Plenary lectures is 45 minutes

  • The time allotted to Keynote lectures is 30 minutes

It is essential that these times are not exceeded. Strict instructions will be given to the session chairs.

 

 


POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference.

Poster dimensions

  • Posters must be displayed VERTICALLY.

  • The dimensions of the poster board are: 94 cm wide by 200 cm.

  • We recommend an A0 print, i.e. 84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high.

  • Fixing material will be given to you on arrival.
